Harsh Weather:
We don't cancel appointments because we know your dog still needs his/her exercise. However, if the weather becomes dangerous and safety becomes an issue (example: Snow Blizzard, Hurricane) then we will notify you by telephone.

Holidays:
The following dates are considered Holidays: December 31, January 1, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, December 24, 25, 26

Dangerous Dogs:
If your dog has a history of attacking people or other animals we need to know beforehand. Under these circumstances special one-on-one walks can arranged for your dog. We just need to know beforehand to insure the safety of our dogs and staff.

Payments:
All payments must be paid on a weekly or bi-weekly basis unless other arrangements have been arranged.
